The reality

Most small-business websites fail for the same reasons.

  • You started a website on a do-it-yourself platform and never finished it.
  • A previous designer left you with something broken or half-done.
  • Your site looks generic, dated, or doesn't reflect your business anymore.
  • You're not sure who owns your domain, hosting, or Google Business Profile.
  • You need real help — not a template drop and a login handoff.

AD Web Design fixes all five. One team designs it, launches it, hosts it, keeps it current, and answers when you call.

The managed system

Six things every AD Web Design plan handles for you.

01

Website Design

Layouts built around your services and customers — not a template.

02

Customer Contact Systems

Forms, click-to-call, booking, and estimate paths that actually deliver.

03

Hosting & Security

Managed hosting, SSL, backups, DNS oversight — you never touch it.

04

Search Foundation

Search Console, structure, page metadata, and accurate business info.

05

Monitoring & Maintenance

Form tests, uptime monitoring, broken-link checks, human follow-up.

06

Ongoing Improvements

Managed plans

One website, one monthly bill, no surprises.

Every plan includes managed hosting, SSL, backups, form testing, monitoring, and a defined number of standard monthly content updates. Third-party software, advertising, phone, CRM, business email, payment-processing, and premium integration fees are billed separately.

Flexible payment plans. We can arrange installment plans on the setup fee to match your cash flow. Ask before work begins — we'd rather build the right website than push a plan you can't sustain.

Search visibility

An honest foundation — not a ranking guarantee.

AD Web Design sets up the technical, local, and content foundation search engines actually look for: correct business information, proper page structure, structured data where it belongs, indexing setup, and a Google Business Profile that matches the website. What we won't do is promise specific rankings, traffic numbers, or lead counts — no honest company controls those outcomes.

The process

Five steps. No surprises.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A short call to understand your business, goals, and constraints. No pressure, no scripted pitch.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A written plan with plan, timeline, deliverables, and total cost. You approve before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Build

We design, write, and build. You see progress and give feedback in the revision rounds included with your plan.

  4. 04

    Launch

We connect your domain, run form tests, verify tracking, and go live.

  5. 05

    Manage

Standard updates, monitoring, monthly or quarterly reports, and a real person when you need one.

Who runs AD Web Design

A real company, based in New York.

AD Web Design is a managed website service operated by AD Supply NY Corp., a New York corporation. We work directly with small-business owners across the United States — contractors, restaurants, cleaning companies, trucking companies, professional services, and independent operators.

You'll speak with the same team that builds and maintains your site. No overseas call center, no ticket queue, no anonymous "success manager." Just the people responsible for the work, reachable Monday through Friday.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Who owns the domain?+

You do. We register your domain, Google Business Profile, and analytics accounts in your name whenever possible and keep manager-level access to do our job. If you cancel, our access is removed and everything registered in your name stays with you.

What does the monthly fee include?+

Managed hosting, SSL, domain and DNS management, backups, uptime monitoring, form testing, technical support, and the standard content updates included with your plan. It is not just server hosting — cheap hosting keeps files online but does not manage a business website.

Can I cancel?+

Launch, Growth, and Authority are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. Cancel by emailing sales@adsupplyny.com.

How long does a website take?+

Launch: 3–7 business days. Growth: 7–14 business days. Authority: approximately 2–4 weeks. Website Rescue timelines are determined after review. All timelines begin after we receive the required business information, photos, approvals, and deposit.

How many revisions are included?+

Launch includes 2 revision rounds during build. Growth includes 3. Authority uses milestone-based revisions within the approved scope. Additional revisions may be billed at AD Web Design's standard rate.

Can I edit the website myself?+

Managed plans are done-for-you — you send us the change and we make it, usually within 1–2 business days. If you need self-service editing, tell us during discovery and we'll recommend the right approach.

Can AD Web Design guarantee Google rankings?+

No. We guarantee the work in your plan — a completed website, tested forms, correct local business information, and the ongoing management included. No honest company controls search ranking outcomes.

What counts as a standard update?+

A reasonable change to existing text, images, contact details, business hours, prices, services, or links on one existing page or section. It does not include redesigns, new pages, custom code, integrations, extensive copywriting, ecommerce work, or campaign creation.

What happens if I already started a website?+

Look at Unfinished Website Completion (from $399) if you started on a do-it-yourself platform such as Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Hostinger, or Framer — or Website Rescue (from $599) if a previous designer left it unfinished. Both scope after a short audit.

Are third-party tools included?+

No. Third-party software, advertising, phone, CRM, business email, payment-processing, and premium integration fees are billed by the vendor and separate from AD Web Design's setup and management fees unless specifically included in your written proposal.

What happens if a payment is late?+

Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. Managed hosting, monitoring, updates, and support pause during suspension. Everything resumes once the account is current.

Can AD Web Design move my current website?+

In many cases, yes. During discovery we check the platform, hosting, domain, and content, then quote a migration. Some platform-specific components can't be exported directly and will be noted before you commit.

What happens to my website if I cancel management?+

Managed hosting, monitoring, and support stop at the end of your current billing cycle and the site is taken offline. You keep your domain (if registered in your name), your original content, your uploaded images, your logo, and your account credentials. On request we provide an export of exportable project files within 30 days at no charge; platform-specific components that cannot be transferred will be noted.
