AD Web Design respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. A more detailed SMS-focused policy is on the Privacy Policy page.

Information we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, business name, phone), website content you provide, billing information processed by our payment provider, and basic analytics (pages visited, device, referrer).

How we use it

To respond to your requests, deliver and maintain your website, communicate about your account, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing

We share data only with vetted processors (hosting, email, payment, analytics, SMS) bound by confidentiality, and when required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing sales@adsupplyny.com.

Retention

We retain consent records and account data while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy legal, audit, and compliance obligations.

Service

AD Web Design provides managed website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing improvements. Current managed plans:

• Launch — $999 setup (one-page website, $999 per page) + $49/month managed.
• Growth — $1,299 setup + $129/month managed.
• Authority — starting at $2,499 setup + $249/month managed. Third-party software, advertising, phone, CRM, business email, payment-processing, and premium integration fees are billed separately unless specifically included in the written proposal.
• Unfinished Website Completion — from $399 (scoped after audit).
• Website Rescue — from $599 (scoped after audit).
• Digital Property Audit — $149 (Basic Ownership Audit) or $299 (Complete Digital Property Audit).

Standard content updates

Each managed plan includes a defined number of standard monthly content updates. A standard update is a reasonable change to existing text, images, contact details, business hours, prices, services, or links on one existing page or section. It does not include redesigns, new pages, custom code, integrations, extensive copywriting, ecommerce work, or campaign creation.

Revision rounds (build stage)

Launch includes 2 revision rounds. Growth includes 3. Authority uses milestone-based revisions within the approved scope. Additional revisions may be billed at AD Web Design's standard rate.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, hold the rights to any content you supply, provide requested business information, photos, and approvals on time, and use the service lawfully. Project timelines begin after AD Web Design receives the required information, approvals, and deposit.

Ownership

You own your domain, your original content, uploaded images, your logo, and your account credentials whenever registered on your behalf. You own the final delivered visual design. AD Web Design retains ownership of underlying tooling, templates, code libraries, and internal components used to deliver the service.

Payment

Standard structure is 50% deposit to start and 50% due before public launch. Monthly management renews automatically each month beginning at launch. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

Payment plans

We are happy to arrange installment plans on the setup fee to match your cash flow. Ask before work begins.

Search and lead disclaimers

AD Web Design guarantees the work performed — a completed website, tested forms, correct local business information, and the ongoing management included. AD Web Design does not and cannot guarantee specific search ranking positions, traffic volumes, or lead counts.

Migration and export

On cancellation you keep your domain (if registered in your name), your original content, uploaded images, your logo, and your account credentials. On request we provide an export of exportable project files within 30 days at no charge; platform-specific components that cannot be transferred will be noted. Migration labor to a new provider may be billed separately.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AD Web Design's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

The initial deposit reserves production capacity and becomes non-refundable once work begins. Remaining setup fees become due before public launch and are non-refundable after a draft is approved.

Monthly management charges are non-refundable after the billing period begins. You may cancel future billing at any time subject to any required commitment period.

Refund requests for post-launch defects are accepted within 48 hours of launch and only for material defects within the agreed scope; AD Web Design will first attempt to correct the issue. Email sales@adsupplyny.com to request review.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing sales@adsupplyny.com.

Launch, Growth, and Authority are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. Your website remains live until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, managed hosting, monitoring, updates, and support stop and the site is taken offline.

On request, we provide an export of exportable project files within 30 days at no charge; platform-specific components that cannot be transferred will be noted. Migration labor to a new provider may be billed separately.

Any outstanding invoices must be paid before final export or account transfer.

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site secure, remember preferences, and understand aggregate traffic.

Categories

Essential: required for the site to function. Analytics: anonymized usage statistics. Preferences: remember settings such as theme.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break parts of the site.

You agree not to use AD Web Design to host or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to): malware, phishing, unlawful adult content, harassment, hate speech, and unauthorized data scraping.

We may suspend or terminate service for violations, with notice where reasonably possible.
